my baby girl

Arianna Marie Martinez was born on June 2009 at 12:54 am in Coupeville Hospital. She weighed 8 lbs. 8oz and 19 inches long. I had a C-section because I wasn't progressing during my labor. I was really grateful for my Mother-inlaw and my sister who came down here to help me. Tony wasn't here during that time because he was out to sea. But i got to talk to him alot and my sister sent him pictures of us and baby Arianna. It was sad he wasn't here. Welcome to the Navy life.

Having a baby is a fulfilling achievement parents could ever ask for. She brings joy into our lives. I love how she put smiles on our faces. I love how she keeps us busy. I just love her to pieces!

Here are some pictures my sister took during Arinna's arrival.

History

My second attempt for blogging. I started last month and I totally forgot all about it. i beg your pardon(to all my blog readers) for my wrong grammar in the future. LOL. I am not really good in English but this is a good practice for me.

time to start the history..

Tony and I met in Hawaii on 2004. He was stationed there and I was studying at Brigham Young University-Hawaii. He didnt tell me that he was about to leave the island for Navy seal training in San Diego in less than a month! Long story short, he got kick out from the training because he got really sick. I think it was pneumonia. (i had to google the spelling. )and I was still in Hawaii. He picked Whidbey Island, Washington for his next duty station. He asked me to marry him over the phone.. He is a very sweet guy, i tell you. LOL. I told him, yes. So we got married June 2005 in Coupeville,WA. We adopted 2 dogs, Tonka and Lucky. After 4 years, we had our sweet pea, Arianna Marie on June 2009.

Tony bought our first house before we got married so I didnt have any idea where and how big the house is. The house is far from everything. It was really country for me although we live in a nice neighborhood. I hated it for the first year. But, I realize I learned how to be grateful for what we have. Be grateful! Some people don't have a place to live in.

So yeah, that's a short history. I will be blogging again. Hopefully this time, it's not gonna take me a month and a half to post something here. hahaha.
